I could not be happier with my experience at Box Drop. After searching many couch stores, Box Drop was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with genuine hospitality and friendliness. Because they are mostly appointment based we were able to view the store without the rush of other people also viewing couches. In a world where prices are skyrocketing and excellent hospitality is hard to find, Box Drop truly does go above and beyond to impress you and make sure you leave with a couch that is both high quality and affordable.
